What if my tutor cancels?

You choose: a replacement session with the same tutor at no extra cost, or a full refund. Two of our partners approve every refund.

Can I cancel after paying?

Yes. Cancel at least 2 hours before the start for a full refund. Later than that, only if the tutor agrees to a replacement.

How do I pay?

Scan the QR Ph code with any bank or e-wallet app that supports QR Ph, including GCash where supported. The page shows Paid by itself.

Is there a fee for students?

No. You pay exactly the rate on the tutor’s profile. Our share comes out of the tutor’s commission, never on top.

I am under 18. Can I book?

Yes, from age 12, once a parent or guardian agrees. You confirm this when you sign up.
